PRIVACY
When you access the Site, we may collect anonymous web statistics as you browse the Site and personal information you knowingly provide us. GENERAL TERMS
No failure or delay by Soilbuild REIT to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these Terms will operate as a waiver of such rights nor will such failure or delay in any way prejudice or affect its right at any time thereafter to act strictly in accordance with its rights under the Terms.
